SMS Communications
When you exchange SMS or MMS messages with us, or with a business that uses one of our messaging-enabled platforms, we process mobile-messaging data on behalf of the operator of that program. This section describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Data We Process for SMS
For each inbound or outbound message associated with one of our messaging services, we may process:
- Your mobile phone number
- The message body and any media you choose to share
- Message direction (inbound or outbound) and timestamps
- Message status, delivery receipts, and error codes returned by the carrier
- Opt-in evidence and opt-out requests associated with your number
How We Use SMS Data
We use SMS data solely to:
- Deliver the conversation you initiated and any follow-up you requested
- Maintain a record of the conversation for the operator's customer-service obligations
- Honor opt-out and HELP requests and meet carrier and regulatory requirements
- Diagnose delivery problems and prevent abuse of the messaging service
SMS content may be processed by our third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) under the same terms described in "AI Model Providers" above, strictly to generate a response within the conversation you initiated.
No Sale or Marketing Sharing of SMS Data
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, and we do not share SMS opt-in data, opt-in consent, or message content with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Sharing of SMS data is limited to the service providers strictly required to deliver the conversation (such as our carrier aggregator) or as required by law. SMS opt-in consent is never shared or sold to third parties for any purpose, including affiliate marketing.
Opt-Out, Deletion, and Retention
You may opt out of any of our messaging services at any time by replying STOP. We will honor the request immediately and stop sending messages to your number. SMS records are retained for the period required to meet the operator's customer-service and legal obligations and are then deleted or anonymized in line with Section 6 above. To request deletion of SMS records associated with your number outside of that retention window, email c@ungravity.ai.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
